Students strengthen reading skills at Hermann Park

The second-grade team at The Varnett School Northeast had the opportunity to experience a classic fairytale brought to life with original music and amusing actions that encouraged audience participation.

The literary genre allowed our scholars to strengthen their reading skills, study other cultures, observe positive character traits and discover a love of stories. Rumpelstiltskin presented by the Miller Outdoor Theatre was amazing, and our students had an awesome time.

We were also able to visit the Japanese Garden and we had a blast during recess time at Hermann Park!
