A long holiday weekend is always cause for celebration, especially when it includes quality time with family and friends.
For Labor Day weekend, that typically means marking the end of the summer with a cookout or a picnic — complete with lawn games and tasty treats. This year, though, holiday weekends aren't quite the same. The COVID-19 pandemic is still very much a reality, and unfortunately there's no clear end in sight. So, while few things seem better than taking a break from social distancing, taking off your mask and sharing barbecue with loved ones, we must all continue to make safety a priority.
