Book Character Day parade at NE tests imagination

Students in kindergarten through third grade dressed down in their favorite book character attire and paraded around parts of the Northeast campus on Monday, October 31, 2022.

Not to be left out, students in grades fourth through eighth were allowed to wear their favorite jersey with jeans, or simply wear their school uniforms.

Character Day allows students to think about their favorite book and dress up as the characters they love. It also challenges them and their families to be creative and is a great substitute for Halloween.
