Parents, let me thank you for your generous donations during our annual food drive.
We donated more than 200 lbs.of food to the Bread of Life, which provides comprehensive services to homeless men, women and children and overnight shelter for men and women only.
According to its website, Bread of Life distributes 9 tons of fresh food and produce every Wednesday in collaboration with the Houston Food Bank.
Our kindergartners were very pleased with their efforts and will double the amount next year. Again, thank you for helping us put smiles on families' faces.
