Students in Ms. Nolden's class are actively engaged in ABC Mouse.com, an early learning software that is preparing them for success in PK as well as Kindergarten. According to its website, ABC Mouse.com’s preschool curriculum focuses on important basics in the four main curriculum subjects of Reading, Math, World Around Us (science and social studies), as well as Art & Colors, establishing a foundation of knowledge for young children that they can build upon with confidence and success.
"The advantage of this program is that it reinforces what's covered in the classroom," Ms. Nolden said. "Whatever the students are taught in the classroom, they can use the same skills on the software."
