Manuel Martinez and Fernanda Gomez were named Mr. and Ms. Cinco de Mayo for the Northeast Campus based on their display of Mexican-style attire.
Manuel is in 1st grade and Fernanda is in 4th grade. Both were eligible for the district-wide title of Mr. and Ms. Cinco de Mayo. The district winners were to be named at the Cinco de Mayo celebration May 5 at the Southwest Campus.
