The mission of the Texas Charter Schools Association is to improve student achievement in the state by advocating for and strengthening a diverse set of high quality charter schools. Charter school students represent nearly 4 percent of the public school population in Texas, with more than 105,000 students on waiting lists across the state, according to the TCSA.
