The Varnett School Northeast had a new look today.
Students and parents combined to decorate pumpkins for the campus's second monthly family project. The creations were on display in various classrooms.
The project is a fun and easy way for the entire family to show how creative they can be. The purpose of these projects is to not only to have fun with your family, but to encourage speaking and listening skills. It also is a test to following directions.
Thank you, parents and students, for taking part in the pumpkin decoration family project.
On Wednesday, Oct. 31, the elementary students will take part in a Book Character Day parade, while middle school students will have a dance.
