It is hard to imagine that we have now completed the 2013-2014 school year. What a year it has been!
All of our students’ achievements could not be possible without the support they receive from all members of our school community. Thank you to the teachers, educational assistants and support staff who work tirelessly to make learning at our school possible. Thanks to all our parents and guardians who supported our students in so many ways. Whether you attended field trips, parent workshops, and even your help with homework, we know that your efforts and encouragement have contributed to their school success.
As we draw the curtains on another school year at The Varnett Public School, let us not forget that learning is an every-moment-of-every-day experience. School may be over until August 25th but each of us, young and old, continues to learn on a daily basis. I wish you all a very happy and safe summer.
